Craft Collective is a side project of The BottleHouse Brewery & Meadery. After hosting Keepers of the Craft, a beer fest that featured small local breweries only, the BottleHouse team realized the public knew very little about the area’s small non-distributing breweries and craft producers. Craft Collective aims to change this. Harnessing the relationships we have built through BottleHouse, Craft Collective will offer up a curated selection of the area’s finest beer, real cider, mead, wine and spirits. Each producer featured must meet a strict set of standards regarding their production methods, ingredient selection, dedication to preserving their respective craft and overall business philosophy.

Many of the products featured may be new to many of our guests. This presents us with the opportunity to offer educational guided tastings, meet and greets with local brewers, distillers and farmers, as well as, special events that focus on the on-site production of our sour beers.

Craft Collective is not only a taproom and bar, but it is also a working brewery. With 2 - 7 barrel oak foeders on site, we will be aging sour beers and inviting the community to experience various aspects of the brewing/cellaring process.
